Regulatory Affairs Officer

Job Description

As a Regulatory Affairs Officer you are responsible for the execution of the product notifications/registrations in the different countries where we are active. This consists in the redaction of the notification files, their introduction, the follow-up of the remarks and you have contacts with the authorities when it is necessary. You write also the draft texts of the new product labels.

You are actively consulted too during the development of new  products by the R&D department to realize compliance checks for the product propositions and to propose health claims corresponding to the product under development. You are also involved in the approval process of our marketing documents (labels, brochures, displays, websites, etc) via  automatized workflows in sharepoint and ziflow. Further, you will be involved in the approval process for new ingredients and in the regular compliance checks of our products. The new legislation has to be followed up actively and you have to help to implement it in the company.

You help to find an answer to the demands of the customers relative to all kind of certificates (allergen declarations, certificate of conformity, etc).

You are part of the Science team and report to the Senior Product Development & Regulatory Affairs Manager.


  • You studied pharmaceutical sciences, pharmaceutical technology, biomedical sciences or food technology.
  • Experience in the field of regulatory affairs is an advantage
  • You communicate fluently in English and French. Notions of German or Italian are a plus
  • You are flexible and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You are a real problem-solver.
  • You take initiative and function both independently and in a team.
  • You have good communication skills.
